The increasingly far-flung and global nature of modern society has seen demand for video-streamed services soar. North East Lincolnshire Council has announced plans to allow funerals to be filmed on a webcam and then broadcast securely. Council bosses say the services will be sensitively filmed from the rear of the chapel so as not to intrude on personal grief.
